Not every firm starts with a full docket. Our onboarding process begins with analyzing your workflows and identifying where support makes the biggest impact. For very early-stage firms, we occasionally design a part-time dedicated option (~80 hrs/month) under our Custom plan.
Our paralegals are trained in trademark docketing, USPTO filings, discovery prep, legal research, and document management. They work directly in your tools (Clio, AltLegal, Lawmatics, TM TKO, Corsearch, etc.) and are trained to embed seamlessly into your workflows.
We are not a volume-based outsourcing vendor. We only onboard 1–2 firms per month, carefully train paralegals in your workflows before integration, and every deliverable goes through dual QA checks. You’re not getting a rotating contractor – you’re getting a carefully matched, dedicated paralegal who becomes part of your firm.
Yes. Many clients start with Core or Growth and then upgrade as their caseload increases. We’ll review your workflows regularly, and you can add VA, Social, or additional paralegal seats when the time is right.
We work on a monthly subscription basis, but onboarding is selective and deliberate. We’re committed to long-term relationships, not short-term churn. If you need to adjust your plan, we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth transition.
